Gluten & Dairy Free Freezer Meals

All Meals come frozen or ready to freeze along with cookiing and heating instructions.  Each meal is available in 3 sizes.  1/4 pan serves 2-3ppl.  1/2 pan serves 4-6ppl.  Full pan serves 8-10ppl.  Half and Full pans can be broken down into 1/4 pan sizes to fit easily in your freezer. All meals listed below are both gluten and dairy free unless noted with an *

Soup is frozen in 1 quart containers (minimum of 2 quarts per order)

There is a minimum order of 3 freezer meals....you may mix n match your order with soups and regular freezer meal options.  Please see other tab.  Please inquire if you have any other questions!
